Sports Massage

Sports massage is the main service I offer. This treatment is excellent for loosening off any knots, aches and pains you may have. These issues can be caused by a number of factors, such as exercising, stress, poor posture, repetitive movements, or sitting at a desk all day that may not be set up correctly.

You can choose from a 30, 60 or 90-minute appointment:

  • 30 minutes is best for focusing on one particular area, for example, neck and shoulders.
  • 60 minutes is ideal for a whole-body massage or to allow more focus on one area, providing extra attention to a particular problem area.
  • 90 minutes is best for a comprehensive full-body massage, as this allows a good amount of time to thoroughly address any problems.
