Subscription & Voucher Terms and Conditions

Monthly Subscriptions

By purchasing a subscription through this website, you agree to the following terms:

• Your subscription is a monthly rolling subscription.
• The subscription will automatically renew each month using your chosen payment method unless cancelled before your next billing date.
• Payment will be taken on the same date each month unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Your subscription includes the treatment, sessions, or benefits stated within your chosen plan.

Use Within Subscription Period

• All treatments or sessions included within your monthly subscription must be used within that billing period.
• Unused treatments, sessions, or benefits do not roll over into the next month.
• Any unused session remaining at the end of the billing period is forfeited and cannot be transferred, refunded, credited, or carried forward.
• Each new monthly payment starts a fresh subscription period with a new allocation of sessions.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
• Once cancelled, no further payments will be taken.
• Cancellation will stop future renewals but does not extend the expiry date of the current month’s session allowance.
• It must be as easy to cancel as it is to sign up, for example through your account area or by contacting you directly. 

Refunds

• Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
• No refunds or partial credits will be given for missed, unused, or forgotten sessions within that month.
• Statutory cooling-off rights apply where required by UK consumer law. 

Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• The expiry date will be shown on the voucher or confirmation email.
• After 6 months, the voucher becomes invalid and cannot be redeemed.
• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Expired vouchers cannot be extended unless agreed at the business’s discretion.
